United States Returns
Orders shipped to addresses within the United States may be returned within 90 days of delivery when the item meets the eligibility conditions in this policy.
International Returns
Orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada and supported international countries, may be returned within 30 days of delivery when the item meets the eligibility conditions in this policy.
Eligible Return Condition
To keep every TAPro® order experience fair and consistent, returned products should be sent back in new, unused, and resalable condition whenever the return is not related to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
Eligible returns should include the original packaging, inserts, and included accessories when available. Items should not show physical wear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact TAPro® within the applicable return window. Approved defective, damaged, or incorrect item claims may qualify for a replacement, refund, or return shipping assistance.
Standard Returns
TAPro® accepts eligible standard returns within the applicable return window. Standard returns apply to products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect and must meet the return condition requirements in this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Customized, personalized, engraved, printed, or branded products
- Corporate, wholesale, or bulk custom orders
- Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
How to Start a Return
- Email info@taprocard.com with your order number and return reason.
- TAPro® will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item by mail using a trackable shipping service.
- After the returned item is received, TAPro® will inspect it.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
For standard eligible returns, return shipping is handled by the customer. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, TAPro® may provide return shipping assistance after reviewing the claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
TAPro® does not require customers to request an exchange. Customers may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order for the preferred product.
Warranty Information
