At TAPro®, shipping is simple, fast, and transparent.

Free U.S. ground shipping on all orders
Tracking is provided for every shipment

Once shipped, orders move through the carrier network and tracking updates are provided automatically.


How Fast Will My Order Arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive within:

Standard Ground: 1–5 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
Priority Express (Air): 1–2 business days

West Coast deliveries often arrive within 1–3 days.

Delivery speed depends on the shipping option selected during checkout and the destination location.


Shipping Costs (Clear & Honest)

Shipping prices displayed at checkout reflect real carrier rates.

TAPro does not inflate or mark up shipping costs.

Free Standard Ground Shipping – All U.S. Orders

Optional upgraded shipping speeds are available:

Expedited – $8.99
Faster carrier routing and priority movement.

Priority – $16.50
Increased use of air transport for faster delivery.

Express – $44.50
Fastest option available. Shipments travel primarily by airplane.

Faster shipping options cost more because air transportation is significantly more expensive than ground transport.

Customers can select the shipping speed that best fits their needs. 

Shipping Cost Responsibility for Returns or Failed Deliveries

Free shipping promotions apply only to the original outbound shipment of an order.

If a return or exchange requires a replacement shipment, the replacement order will be shipped using standard shipping rates and delivery times unless otherwise arranged.

If a shipment is returned to TAPro due to circumstances outside our control — including but not limited to:

incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
inaccessible delivery location or mailbox
repeated failed delivery attempts
refusal of delivery
restricted access to the property or delivery area( restricted or inaccessible delivery locations)

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, applicable carrier and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

TAPro always works with customers to resolve shipping issues fairly, but shipping carriers still charge transportation costs once a shipment has entered the carrier network.


Tracking & Shipment Responsibility

Tracking information is automatically provided once your order ships.

Customers can monitor shipment progress through the carrier’s tracking system.

Once shipped, tracking and delivery updates are managed through the carrier network. TAPro will continue assisting customers if delivery issues occur.

If a shipment experiences delays, loss, or delivery issues:

• TAPro will work with the carrier to investigate
• We assist customers through the resolution process
• We do our best to help reach a fair solution


Address Accuracy (Important)

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please verify the following information before placing your order:

• Full name
• Street address
• Apartment, suite, unit, floor, building, or mailbox number if applicable
• Correct ZIP or postal code

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, carrier returns, or failed delivery attempts.

If an address correction is required, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Once a shipment has entered the carrier network, address changes may not be possible.


Special Shipping Requests

For the following requests, please contact us before ordering:

• Overnight or time-sensitive delivery
• Business or bulk shipments
• International shipping inquiries
• Gift or premium packaging

We will do our best to accommodate special shipping needs whenever possible.



Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are typically processed the same day
• Orders are processed 7 days per week
• Shipping carriers operate Monday through Saturday
• Most carriers do not pick up or deliver on Sundays or national holidays


Carrier Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside the control of TAPro, including:

• Severe weather
• Transportation disruptions
• Road closures or natural disasters
• Restricted delivery locations
• Carrier service interruptions


Ground vs Air Shipping

Ground shipping travels primarily by truck and generally takes longer.

Air shipping uses airplane transportation for most of the distance and therefore arrives faster.

All shipments still require ground transportation for pickup and final delivery.


International Shipping

The following section applies only to international orders.
Customers located in the United States may skip this section.


International Shipping, Customs Responsibilities & Delivery Conditions

TAPro ships from Seattle, United States, to Canada and 11 additional international countries supported by our store.

Shipping options, delivery estimates, and applicable rates are displayed during checkout based on the destination country and shipping method selected.

International delivery timelines vary depending on:

• the destination country
• customs processing times
• the local postal or courier network responsible for final delivery


International Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Promotional rates or free-shipping thresholds may apply when offered.

Delivery estimates shown during checkout are based on typical carrier transit times and historical delivery performance.

Because international shipping involves multiple carriers and customs authorities, delivery timelines may occasionally vary.


Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• value-added tax (VAT)
• brokerage or processing fees

These charges are determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country.

TAPro does not calculate, control, or collect these charges.

All customs duties, taxes, and government fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

If customs fees are refused and the shipment is returned or abandoned, any carrier fees, return shipping costs, or administrative charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.


International Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

International shipping may experience delays caused by factors outside the control of TAPro or the shipping carrier, including:

• customs inspections or customs clearance processing
• international cargo or airline disruptions
• severe weather events
• geopolitical or regional transportation restrictions
• temporary government shipping regulations
• delays within the destination country's postal service


Higher-Value International Orders

For international orders exceeding $200 USD, additional carrier protection or shipping insurance may be applied to ensure coverage during international transit.

When applicable, the cost of this additional protection may be included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout.


Accurate Shipping Address Requirement

Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address when placing an order.

Before completing checkout, please verify that:

• all street numbers and letters are correct
• apartment, suite, or unit numbers are included where required
• postal codes are accurate
• the address format is correct for the destination country
• the delivery location is accessible to the postal carrier

TAPro is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.


Delivery Access Requirements

Customers must ensure the delivery location has an accessible mailbox, parcel locker, reception desk, or secure delivery location where the carrier can leave the package.

Carrier delivery hours may occur outside normal business hours.

If a delivery location cannot safely receive packages, customers should arrange delivery to an alternate secure address.


Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided once the shipment leaves our facility.

Tracking updates may occasionally pause while shipments move through export facilities, customs checkpoints, or international carrier hubs.


Shipping Address Changes

Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

Customers should carefully review their shipping information before completing checkout.
