Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from refunds.

Shipping Cost Responsibility for Returns or Failed Deliveries

Free shipping promotions apply only to the original outbound shipment of an order.

If a return or exchange requires a replacement shipment, the replacement order will be shipped using standard shipping rates and delivery times unless otherwise arranged.

If a shipment is returned to TAPro due to circumstances outside our control — including but not limited to:

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • missing apartment, suite, unit, floor, building, or mailbox information
  • inaccessible delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, or reception point
  • mailbox or delivery box too small to accept the package
  • repeated failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery
  • restricted access to the property or delivery area
  • unsafe delivery conditions or carrier inability to complete delivery

any original shipping charges, return shipping costs, carrier handling fees, or related delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount when applicable.
