Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions to protect product quality and NFC data security:

  • Items must be unused, unprogrammed, and in original packaging

  • Product must be in resalable condition

  • The return window is 90 days from delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Tracking is required; returns without tracking may not be reviewed

Our tools are encoded for security, and these standards keep every customer protected.


How to Start a Return

To begin:

  1. Email info@taprocard.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Receive return authorization + instructions

  4. Ship the item using any trackable carrier

  5. Once received, we inspect it within 24 hours

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.
Banks typically post credits within 3–10 days.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to customization and encoding, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom NFC business cards

  • Used or damaged items

  • Discounted bundles / bulk orders of 10+ units

  • Products showing signs of programming, alteration, or wear

  • Items missing original components

These restrictions ensure product integrity for all customers.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they ship.
Once an item is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

TAPro® 1-Year Warranty

Every TAPro product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing or functional defects.

What’s Covered

  • NFC chip failures

  • Structural defects

  • QR code misprints

  • Production errors

Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse or alteration

  • Water exposure outside rating

  • Pet damage / child damage

  • Accidental bending, snapping, cracking

  • Commercial wear and tear

If your product was damaged accidentally, we offer discounted replacements.


How to File a Warranty Claim

Email info@taprocard.com with:

  • Photos

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

Our team reviews claims promptly.
Approved claims receive a free replacement.
