U.S. Orders — 90-Day Returns

Customers located in the United States receive a 90-day return window from the delivery date.

This extended return period gives you plenty of time to review your purchase and make sure everything meets expectations.

Most customers never need to use this policy — but it’s there for peace of mind.


International Orders — 30-Day Returns

For orders shipped outside the United States, the return window is 30 days from the delivery date.

International shipping involves multiple carrier networks, customs processing, and significantly higher transportation costs and administrative time to make this happen.

Because of these additional logistical factors, the international return period is shorter than domestic returns.

Exchanges & Replacement Items

If a replacement item is needed, our support team will help arrange the best option.

Replacement shipments typically follow standard shipping timelines unless expedited shipping is requested.


Refund Processing

Once a returned item arrives and is inspected:

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days.
most banks post funds within 3–10 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


Product Condition

Returned items should be in unused resalable condition  unless defective and include all original components.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 


International Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may be charged by the destination country.

These fees are determined by local authorities and are not controlled or collected by TAPro. Once shipped, international deliveries may be subject to customs delays or carrier handling outside our control. Optional shipping protection may be available during checkout for additional peace of mind.


Additional Return Guidelines

To help ensure a smooth return process, a few standard guidelines apply.

Free shipping promotions apply only to the original shipment of the order.

Unless a product arrives damaged or defective, all shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

If a replacement shipment is requested after a return, the replacement order may be shipped using standard shipping rates and delivery timelines.


Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Including details such as apartment numbers, suite numbers, floor, level, plat or building identifiers helps carriers successfully deliver the order.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, inaccessible delivery locations, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned by the shipping carrier.


Return Shipping & Carrier Costs

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, original shipping and carrier return costs may be deducted from the refund when applicable.

For international orders, return shipping costs and international transportation expenses are the responsibility of the customer due to the complexity and cost of cross-border shipping.
