Once production has begun, these orders are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return or refund except where required by applicable law or where TAPro confirms a qualifying product defect or fulfillment error. Final artwork, quantity, shipping destination and order specifications must be approved before production.

Custom branding (100+ units, $2.00/unit) includes one approved design per production run and 2 rounds of revisions. Multi-location orders requiring a separate design, QR code, or destination-specific variation per location are billed a $150 design fee for each additional design or location. TAPro does not produce small-quantity, per-unit-customized runs (each unit on its own unique design) β€” projects like this are scoped and priced individually rather than through calculator-based wholesale pricing.

What's the minimum order for commercial pricing?

How do the volume tiers work?

Pricing steps down at every breakpoint β€” 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000, and 2,500+ units β€” and the calculator above shows your live rate at any quantity, including under 50. Per-unit price keeps dropping as volume grows until it reaches our hard floor (the lowest we will ever invoice per unit, regardless of order size); several product lines already reach that floor by 1,000 units, which is why some columns above repeat at 1,000+ and 2,500+ β€” that repetition is the floor, not a stalled table. Wholesale and bulk orders (50+ units) are paid in full before production begins and are final sale once production starts: no refunds, no returns. Wholesale pricing applies when the order runs through one point of contact per account; standard retail return policy does not apply to bulk orders.

Is custom branding available?

Yes, on orders of 100 units or more, at $2.00/unit β€” select "Add Custom Branding" in the calculator above to see it added to your estimate automatically. Below 100 units, custom branding is not available at wholesale pricing β€” there are no exceptions to the 100-unit minimum. This commercial rate covers one approved design applied across the full production run, including up to 2 rounds of revisions; it does not include multiple unrelated designs, multiple logos, additional revisions beyond the two included, split production runs, or reseller end-customer variations, and it does not mean a reseller ordering 100 units can submit 5, 10 or 100 different customer logos at the same production price. Design work is a real, limited resource, not an unlimited add-on. Multi-location businesses that need a separate design, QR code, or destination-specific variation per location are billed a $150 design fee for each additional design or location, on top of the standard $2.00/unit branding rate β€” for example, one business ordering 200 units total but needing 20 different location-specific versions is a materially different project than one business ordering 200 units of a single design, and is priced accordingly. Will quoting a larger future quantity get me a lower price today?

No. The price you receive is always based on the quantity actually submitted for production β€” not a projected, hypothetical, or future volume. Our published tiers already reflect the lowest per-unit rate TAPro will ever charge; the repeated 1,000+ and 2,500+ columns in the pricing guide above are that floor, not a negotiating starting point. If your real, current order is 50 units, request pricing for 50 units. Submitting a larger number to try to unlock a better rate, then placing a smaller order at that rate, is not how commercial pricing here works.

How long is indicative pricing valid?

Generally about 7 calendar days. A formal, reviewed quote will state its own expiration date directly on the document.

Can I order for multiple locations with one purchase?

Do large orders require signature or insurance on delivery?

They may, depending on shipment value and destination β€” not every shipment requires every service. Large commercial orders may require shipping insurance, tracking, signature confirmation, or a verified commercial delivery address. The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address and ensuring an authorized recipient is available when signature service is required.
