NTAG215 NFC Tags Built for Smart Automation, Business & Everyday Tap Actions
One small NFC tag. Hundreds of possibilities. TAPro NTAG215 NFC Coin Tags are 1-inch programmable NFC tags designed for iPhone, Android, smart automation, WiFi sharing, Google review links, digital business cards, social media, websites, contact sharing, smart-home routines, business workflows and custom tap-to-connect experiences.
Available in Black or White and convenient bundles of 20, 30, 50 or 100 tags, each TAPro NFC tag uses an NTAG215 13.56 MHz chip with 504 bytes of usable memory. No batteries. No charging. Program the tag for your application, then tap it with a compatible NFC-enabled smartphone to launch the stored action.
Every TAPro Bundle Includes Both Types
50% with 3M adhesive backing + 50% without adhesive backing.
Why pay for adhesive on every NFC tag when most projects do not require every tag to be permanently mounted? TAPro gives you both configurations in every package.
Use the adhesive NFC tags on counters, displays, workstations, equipment and other suitable surfaces. Keep the non-adhesive NFC coin tags portable, reusable or available for projects where permanent installation is unnecessary.
20 Tags: 10 adhesive + 10 non-adhesive
30 Tags: 15 adhesive + 15 non-adhesive
50 Tags: 25 adhesive + 25 non-adhesive
100 Tags: 50 adhesive + 50 non-adhesive

How to Program TAPro NFC Tags
Blank NTAG215 tags must first be programmed with the destination or compatible action you want them to perform. Programming generally requires a compatible NFC-enabled smartphone and an NFC-writing application.
After programming, test the tag before permanently mounting it. If you choose to permanently lock the NFC tag as read-only, verify all programmed information first because permanent locking cannot be reversed.

Frequently Asked Questions About NTAG215 NFC Tags
What is an NTAG215 NFC tag?
NTAG215 is a programmable NFC chip designed for short-range Near Field Communication applications. It can store compatible NFC records that supported smartphones and NFC readers can access when brought near the tag.
How much memory does an NTAG215 tag have?
NTAG215 provides 540 bytes of total memory with 504 bytes of user memory available for compatible NFC records.

Half of them do. Every TAPro package is intentionally divided into 50% tags with 3M adhesive backing and 50% non-adhesive NFC tags.
Why does TAPro include both adhesive and non-adhesive NFC tags?
Most customers do not need to permanently mount every tag they purchase. The 50/50 configuration gives you adhesive tags for fixed installations and non-adhesive tags for portable, temporary, reusable or development applications.
What quantities are available?
Choose 20, 30, 50 or 100 NFC tags in either Black or White.
Do these NFC tags work with iPhone?
They work with compatible NFC-enabled iPhones. Available reading, writing and automation capabilities depend on the iPhone model, iOS version and software being used.
Do these NFC tags work with Android?

Can NFC tags share WiFi?
Compatible NFC applications and devices can use NFC records as part of convenient WiFi-sharing workflows. Exact behavior depends on the phone, operating system and configuration.
Do NFC tags require batteries?
No. Passive NFC tags receive the energy required for communication from the compatible NFC reader brought near them.
Are these NFC tags GPS trackers?
No. NFC operates over very short distances. These tags do not provide GPS tracking or continuous location monitoring.
Do customers need an app to tap an NFC tag?
An NFC-writing application is generally used to initially program a blank tag. Once programmed with a compatible record such as a URL, many supported smartphones can read it without requiring the person tapping the tag to install that programming application.

Yes. Compatible NFC-writing software can configure an NTAG215 tag as read-only. Permanent locking cannot be reversed, so verify the programmed information before using that feature.
