TAPro® (Merchant of Record) designs and manufactures NFC-enabled Google review hardware used by businesses worldwide. Every order is backed by a structured return policy and a lifetime product warranty to ensure consistent performance and reliability.

90-Day Returns — United States

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and unprogrammed
  • No scratches, wear, or physical damage
  • All original packaging, inserts, and components included
  • Product must be in resellable condition

Returns not meeting these conditions may be declined.

International Returns — 15 Days

International returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery due to shipping timelines, customs handling, and international logistics constraints.

All return conditions apply.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@taprocard.com with your order number
  2. Receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  3. Ship item using a trackable carrier
  4. Inspection completed within 24 hours of arrival
  5. Refund issued within 5 business days

Lifetime Product Warranty

  • NFC chip failure
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Production errors

Approved warranty claims receive replacement products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or branded products
  • Orders of 20+ units
  • Corporate or bulk pricing orders
  • Discounted or promotional purchases
  • Used, programmed, or damaged products

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

All returns must include tracking. TAPro is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Restocking & Processing

TAPro does not charge standard restocking fees. However, returns that do not meet required conditions may be partially refunded or declined.

Policy Enforcement

This policy is enforced in accordance with standard eCommerce and consumer protection practices. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.
