I’ve been using the Google review stands for a little while now, and while I’ve gotten a lot of 5-star reviews, I’m also getting a few 3- and 4-star reviews. I’m a bit confused and honestly not too happy about it. I thought with the review stands in place, I’d be getting mostly glowing feedback from my customers.
