How Returns Work

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable carrier
  4. Returns are inspected within 24 hours of arrival

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days.

Banks typically post credits within 3–10 business days.


TAPro® Lifetime Performance Warranty

Every TAPro® product includes a lifetime performance warranty. If your product experiences a manufacturing or functional issue, we’ll take care of it.

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Custom or personalized products are final sale
  • Bulk or discounted orders of 10+ units are final sale

Original condition means the product has not been programmed, altered, or physically damaged and includes all original components.
