I run a landscaping business with 15 crews. Typically, customers don’t visit our office to pay their bills, so getting reviews was always a challenge. After reading the Google tricks and secrets ranking your business, I realized one very important fact that in the past, I never would ask my customers for reviews at the peak of their engagement and excitement. The old School way I would ask them , they would nod their head , they say they would do it and if I was lucky, I would get maybe one out of 100. If not one out of 200customers to leave me a review, that is a horrible- horrible ratio. I got the sticker cards and I placed them on the outside of each truck or trailer in anytime. One of my technicians is talking to a customer will give them an invoice. Typically he is by the truck. They ask the customer to swipe the phone ,two seconds and review is there . I love the idea of these cards. They are functional and do exactly what they say they will do. You link your website to the QR code and it takes you right to it. Very easy to set up and use. The design is sleek and stylish as well.

I got the Google 3M Sticker Review Card for my electrical business, and it’s been a great addition! The sticker is super easy to apply and sticks firmly to the side of my trailer. It’s the perfect way to encourage customers to leave reviews when my hands are busy and I don’t have to remember where I placed card , while I’m out on the job . Customers can scan the card or QR code . I’ve already seen an uptick in online feedback since adding it. You get much higher response rate as card takes client to the review page , where asking them to find you on Google and review manually most of the time yields no review at all.
