Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–24 hours

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day

  • During peak seasons, allow up to 48 hours

Carriers & Delivery

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx (with tracking)

  • Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days

  • Remote areas or peak periods may take 3–5 days

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and speed selected

  • Free shipping promotions are auto-applied if available

Where We Ship

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked "Delivered" but not received:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, and ask neighbors

  • Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation

  • Let us know within 48 hours at info@taprocard.com

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return window is 90 days from delivery

How to Return

  • Email info@taprocard.com with your order number and reason

  • Follow return instructions after approval

  • Use a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

  • Item is inspected within 24 hours

  • Refund issued within 5 business days

  • Credit posts within 3–7 days depending on your bank

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom NFC Business Cards

  • Used or damaged items

  • Discounted bundles or bulk orders


90-Day Performance Guarantee

If you don’t see an increase in reviews after 90 days of use, you may qualify for a full refund.

Requirements:

  • Use TAPro products actively for 90 days

  • Show review performance before and after from your Google Business Profile

  • Return all items in sellable condition

Customer covers return shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 days after returns are received.


1-Year Warranty

All products are covered for 1 year from delivery against defects.

Covers:

  • Manufacturing or functional defects

Excludes:

  • Damage from misuse or alteration

If your dog turns your card into a chew toy, or your toddler gets curiousβ€”we won’t cover that, but we’ll offer you a discount.

To File a Claim:

  • Email info@taprocard.com with photos and order info

  • We’ll confirm and send a replacement if eligible
